Our story

Small-shop accountability. Serious capability.

Paul Thompson started RT&T in a 500-square-foot garage with three employees and a straightforward idea: do precise work, stand behind it, and treat every customer like the job matters.

Today, Paul’s daughters and grandson carry that standard forward from a 12,000-square-foot Mentor facility. The shop has grown to more than 100 pieces of equipment, while the personal, hands-on approach has stayed exactly where it began.

Every project—small run, custom tool, or complex machine work—gets the same attention to detail.

Where we work

Made for industries where precision is the baseline.

Our tooling and custom manufacturing support teams that value responsiveness, practical problem-solving, and repeatable results.
